Tori Collier

Tori Collier, MA, PMP is a communications and certified project management professional with over 10 ten years' experience serving state government agencies (Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, and the Oklahoma State Department of Health). Prior to her work in state government, Tori worked in advertising and telecommunications industries in roles of account, marketing, and advertising management. Tori also has many years of experience working in higher education at the University of Oklahoma and even served as an adjunct professor for a term teaching an ad, copy and layout course to undergraduate students. Outside of managing communication initiatives and projects, Tori has a passion for wellness, health and fitness and spent several years of her career as an independent fitness contractor, leading group fitness classes for active adults and seniors with limited mobility across the state.

Tori has a bachelor's degree in media communications and a master's degree in journalism and mass communications. Tori's love for listening, learning, inspiring and helping others is her driving force. Other skills that communities can expect to receive when working with Tori is strategic planning, work group facilitation, organizational management, process improvement strategics, and action plan development.

Ms. Collier is a parent of a child on the autism spectrum and is an advocate for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. She is also a fierce advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. Tori is a proponent of psychological safety and using emotional intelligence, active listening, and communication to improve work processes and how groups relate to each other to achieve success.

Tori joined the Evolution Foundation in the spring of 2024 and looks forward to using her skills and experience to further improve access to resources and services that will improve the overall health and well-being of Oklahoma communities, children, youth, and families. Tori resides in Norman, Oklahoma where she enjoys the company, love, and laughter of her husband and three children.
