Jeff Tallent is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of the Evolution Foundation.

Mr. Tallent holds a master's degree in Psychological Counseling from Missouri State University. His professional background includes executive level positions in fundraising, government relations, strategic planning, management personnel recruitment, and non-profit agency management.

Jeff specializes in community organizing, project development & management, short-term strategic planning, resource development, problem solving facilitation, advocacy strategies, family leadership team development and collaboration.
